The following must be received by May 1, 2024 or your camper's space may be forfeited:
1. Full balance
2. Current physical with immunizations record (within 3 years). Additionally, doctor's orders and parent's permission documents are required for all medications.
3. Emergency Contact Sheet (included in your Welcome Packet, which you'll receive in early April).


To cancel and receive a refund from Summer Adventure, please notify us via email. Please note that transaction fees are non-refundable. Cancellations follow this process:
* Cancel before May 1st: a full refund will be issued (less transactions fees).
* Cancel between May 1st and June 15th: a refund will be issued minus a $100 per week deposit (and is non-transferrable).
* Cancel after June 16th: a refund will only be issued minus the $100 per week deposit (and is non-transferrable) if we are able to fill your camper's spot before the start of the camp session you are canceling.
* Missed days of camp: are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
