The following must be received by March 31, 2026 or your camper's space may be forfeited:
1. Full balance
2. Current physical with immunizations record (within 3 years). Additionally, doctor's orders and parent's permission documents are required for all medications.
3. Emergency Contact Sheet (included in your Welcome Packet, which you'll receive in early April).
CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel and receive a refund from Summer Adventure, please notify us via email. Please note that transaction fees are non-refundable. Cancellations follow this process:
Cancel before March 31st: a full refund will be issued (less transactions fees).
Cancel between April 1st & May 31st: a refund will be issued minus a $50 per week deposit (and is non-transferrable).
After May 31st: No refunds will be issued past this point.
Missed days of camp: are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
